Feel Seen. Get Steady. Move Forward.

As a married, career‑focused professional in your 40s, juggling your marriage, kids, and an unexpected medical diagnosis, chronic pain, or undiagnosed symptoms, can feel like a roller coaster off the rails.
You don’t have to navigate this alone—or let your health become a career liability.

And if that’s not you, you’re still in the right place.

Women in their 20s, 30s, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond face seasons that test identity, faith, family, and work. Whether you’re navigating FND, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, another brain‑health challenge, or you’re a devoted care partner, you deserve a safe space, skilled support, and a plan that fits your real life.

Here's what most women don't realize:

Support has no age limit. If you’re navigating FND, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, or caring for someone you love, you deserve a safe space, skilled guidance, and a plan that fits real life—right here, right now.

I’m Jocelyn:

I’ve walked this path and I’m thriving joyfully despite the life‑impacting challenges of functional symptoms and diagnoses of: Functional Neurological Disorder, FND, PTSD, Anxiety, and most recently, ADHD.

With 30+ years as an educational leader and Adlerian school counsellor, and an M.Ed. in Leadership and Counselling, I’ve got your back. I’ll help you build steadiness and resilience with evidence‑informed DBT tools. You’ll get faith‑honouring guidance. You’ll get practical systems that protect your family and your career.

*for 6-month coaching clients.

*During your 6‑month journey, you may join one 12‑week “Discharge the Tough Stuff & Thrive” cohort and participate weekly (included) throughout your coaching term.

Our Journey Together:

Regulate Before Reason.
I've done the work, learned and practiced practical DBTskills and want to offer you unwavering support.
Let me help you take short-cuts to prioritize your wellbeing. We make decisions from steadiness, not fear.
We’ll co‑create a simple, actionable plan, meet on Zoom for 60 minutes weekly, keep momentum with weekday Voxer “Pocket Partner” check‑ins, and you’ll receive *24‑hour feedback during my daytime business hours (PDT, Vancouver / Seattle).
*Evenings and weekends are protected for rejuvenation and balance—for you and for me—so we can show up focused and steady during our shared weekday sessions.

Support Tailored For You:

For motivated individuals navigating FND and functional symptoms—or care partners walking alongside them—ready to feel seen, heard, and supported while prioritizing family, faith career, and what you value.
